My name is Richie and I compete in park skateboarding for Canada. Working on my mental performance helped me understand how closely mental health and athletic performance are connected. Learning how to manage pressure, stay present, and respond to challenges has made me more consistent and confident in both training and competition. Understanding my mental health and working on myself has improved not only how I perform in sport, but how I approach life overall. I am deeply grateful for the help and support that I have received as I continue to chase my dreams to compete at the Olympic Games.
