Meet Dr. Natascha Wesch

Natascha Wesch obtained her PhD in Sport Psychology from the University of Western Ontario (London, Canada) specializing in imagery and sport injury rehabilitation. Natascha also holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology/Biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada).
Natascha is a former faculty member at the University of Western Ontario in the School of Kinesiology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada) in Health and Rehabilitation Psychology as it relates to the spinal cord injury population.
A former international rugby player, varsity hockey player, and competitive gymnast, Natascha represented Rugby Canada on the world stage for over a decade, competing in two World Cups. As a coach, Natascha established and developed one of the most successful university rugby programs in Canada, and led Canada's National Senior Women's Team to the first ever Women's Rugby 7s World Cup in Dubai, UAE. She has coached at all levels from high school, club, university, provincial, national, to international levels.
Natascha has been a mental skills coach and sport psychology consultant to numerous varsity, provincial, national, and international level athletes. She has been involved in elite competitive sport for over 25 years as an athlete, coach, mentor, and administrator.
Dr. Natascha Wesch is a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and an Official Service Provider to the Canadian Sport Centre Ontario helping Canada's top athletes achieve Elite Mind Performance.
